Plo Man
Plo Man

the records and music have been around for most of the time. i live with them, they travel with me. we’re close. they’re tools, tools for building. they build relationships between me and strangers, and deepen bonds between me and people who are already close to me. in a space is sound; a physical sound built with a picture and a shape, and the records are the tools that look and sound and feel like a space. i find them in buildings. they keep people together. same thing goes for the studio.
emotion is always in the music and in the space but sometimes it isn’t on the records. sometimes the greatest sound is sound. either way, we step into them to laugh and dance and bug out. sometimes when the music is playing, i think about other stuff like the time of day or my friends or the temperature outside. how is this space is connected to that space? that kind of stuff. there is just so much of it and it won’t run out.
Quelza
Quelza

Quelza (real name Léo Naït Aïssa), was born at the end of the 90s in the Parisian suburbs. Lulled in the arts since his childhood, his connection with music is made at an early age. But it’s in 2013 that he made his first encounter with the Parisian electronic scene which inspired him to start producing his own tracks. Quelza is assiduous when it comes to his music – his releases on labels like Mord Records, Palinoia, 47, Hayes Collective and others, push an unorthodox crystal clarity and cinematic sound design that has become his signature as an artist – which, combined with his unique DJ sets, has earned him a spot at some of the most prestigious clubs in Berlin (where he is currently based) and abroad, such as: Berghain, Tresor, Fabric London, Awakenings, Dekmantel, Ratherlost, Bassiani and several more.

Rey Colino
Rey Colino

Rey Colino is the braintruster behind Kalahari Oyster Cult—A DJ, label owner and vinyl distro lynchpin, all rolled into one.
When the Belgian isn’t splitting time between label operations and the running of Amsterdam-based distributor One Eye Witness, he’s found holding it down in the booth for venerated venues and festivals alike.
Expect an omnivorous appetite for the explorative regardless of genre boundary if he’s about. Dancefloor cuts to more horizontal abstraction, the curation is unmatched in a no-stone-unturned pursuit of boundary-pushing artists and the deadliest records.
Prolific in its output, his Oyster Cult disciples bring offerings to the altar from far-off lands – London to Naarm, they come bearing acid, prog, electro, techno and IDM – while other notable credits include regular appearances for Amsterdam institutions Dekmantel and
De School, not to mention a closing set that will live long in Organik Festival folklore.
